Texans on Mission Disaster Relief Chaplain Training involves three days learning how to listen to others, take care of yourself and others, learn stress management and many other things. This is an interactive training with role play and discussion expected.

The training is for experienced TXM Disaster Relief volunteers (minimum two deployments, local or beyond) with a recommendation from their unit leader (Blue Cap) and a leader from the church you attend. (More details below.)

The training at Lake Dallas will be in "deployment like" fashion. Participants will need a cot, bedding, etc. A shower and feeding unit will be on site.
