Latest News: Texans on Mission teams are deployed to Kerrville, Boerne and Uvalde.

Texans on Mission Disaster Relief has deployed assessors, flood recovery, shower/laundry, feeding, IMT, asset protection, box ministry, chaplains and electrical support.

The flood damage is widespread and severe. In Kerrville, many homes that suffered flood damage last year were hit again this year. Teams are deployed in Kerrville, Boerne and Uvalde. Work requests are increasing daily.

Flood recovery teams are working in heat and humidity to mud out flooded homes and helping residents begin the recovery process. They are tearing out water-soaked drywall, flooring and installation and cleaning homes of mud and debris. Chaplains are sitting with homeowners, offering spirtual support. Their encouraging words and prayers reminds homeowners they are loved by God.  

Long-term recovery teams have been in Kerrville since last year's flood and will continue to help in Kerrville and surrounding areas after flood recovery teams have finished initial clean up.
