I want to add Texans on Mission to my existing will. Does Texans on Mission have bequest language I can use?

Feel free to use the following language in your estate documents:

Primary Bequest Language:

"___% shall be distributed to Texas Baptist Men, Inc., dba Texans on Mission, a nonprofit organization, EIN 75-2873370, with an address at 5351 Catron Drive, Dallas, TX 75227, or its lawful successor, to be used as determined by its Board of Directors (or equivalent governing body). My Executor, in my Executor’s discretion, may satisfy this gift with cash or property of an equivalent fair market value as of the date of distribution."

Contingent Bequest Language:

"___% shall be distributed to my spouse, ________; provided, however, that if my spouse, ______ does not survive me, this share of the residue of my estate shall instead be distributed to Texas Baptist Men, Inc., dba Texans on Mission, a nonprofit organization, EIN 75-2873370, with an address at 5351 Catron Drive, Dallas, TX 75227, or its lawful successor, to be used as determined by its Board of Directors (or equivalent governing body). My Executor, in my Executor’s discretion, may satisfy this gift with cash or property of an equivalent fair market value as of the date of distribution."
